Delivery

Products are delivered within 2/3  working days inside Dhaka and it takes 3/4 days to deliver the product outside Dhaka after the confirmation of the order. In some cases, it may take up to 15 working days(subject to availability of the product) to complete the order in case any unexpected situation occurs. Customers will be notified prior if this situation occurs and SSG E-Shop will act upon customer preference. Customers who are not willing to wait to get their product will be refunded within 10 Days in case of online payment.
The delivery charge for each delivery inside Dhaka will be 55 Tk and for outside Dhaka, the charge will be 100 Tk. Customers can also pick up the product from SSG E-Shop office. If the customer chooses to pick up the product from SSG Office then the customer does not have to pay the delivery charges.
