Return and Refund

Return will be accepted only-

1. If the product is wrongfully delivered, different from what was offered then returns will be accepted and will be exchanged with the correct/ordered product.
2. If the product is dead on arrival-Must be informed within 1 day after receiving the product.
3. If valid warranty/guarantee card or sales invoice is available.
4. If the Product/s is returned in original product packaging.
5. If returned items are not worn out.

Return request will not be accepted if-

1. The products are damaged due to misuse of the product
2. Product warranty period expired/ warranty card code does not match with the product code
3. Tempered product
4. Customer must check the product while receiving the product.

Refund

1. To be eligible for a refund, Customer/s must return the product/s within 15 calendar days from delivery date to SSG E-Shop office. The product/s must be in the same condition as it was received or delivered.
2. Customer/s can claim for refunds within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After 30 days you will not be eligible for a refund.
3. The money will be refunded with the original payment method or SSG E-Shop’s preferable payment method on the invoice amount of the returned product.
4. Refund request will be accepted if SSG EShop Fails to deliver the product on time. (1-5Days Inside Dhaka; 3-10Days Outside Dhaka).
