Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of our online store and the supply of goods ordered via our store. By ordering goods from our online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Buyers

You may buy goods offered online by us by completing the requirement process available on our website. To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable national laws. We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and payment against the order made. If payment is made for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund your payment deducting delivery charges and applicable government levies, at our discretion.

Products
The items displayed in the website are the products for sale & home delivery to buyers.

Price
The amount in BDT declared below each product which may vary (increase or decrease) from time to time under the sole discretion of the company.

Access to the Site and User Account
You need to provide authentic information to create your User ID. You must be careful in maintaining the security of your account. If any unauthorized users access your account or you face any other types of security breaches, you have to notify us immediately. We will not be liable for any erroneous or fraudulent acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Availability of the site SSG e-shop 
Although SSG e-shop is committed to offer you the best service possible, SSG e-shop makes no promise that the services at the SSG e-shop   Site will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to by email at eshop@ssgbd.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
Your access to the SSG e-shop Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. SSG e-shop will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can

Orders
You must provide correct information as we require you to enter into our website to make purchases from our online store. Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it after 30 minutes of submission of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.

Large Transactions
Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. In some cases this may delay your order by a short period.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order by contacting with our designated call center or person within 30 minutes after the order made.

Special offers
We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before the special offer was terminated.

Prices
All prices are in BDT. Prices include full value of products unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and applicable government levies. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
The full payment for your order (including the product price, applicable delivery charges and government levies) to be made from your credit card in advance. However, if you request we may allow cash or credit card (only Visa and MasterCard) payment on delivery. If you request, we can also send a Card Swipe Machine with our delivery representative for your convenience. Simply swipe your card when you receive the order.

Errors
Despite anything else in these Terms and Conditions, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and will refund your money.
System or service error would be settled on the basis of service as an exception. As an exemption basis every error would be addressed & settled.

Availability
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and will refund your money. If you order products and some are not in stock, you agree that we may fill that part of your order for which stock is available.

Delivery
Products will be delivered within 2 working days to 5 working days from Saturday to Thursday after confirmed the order for Inside Dhaka orders. Outside Dhaka orders may take unto 7 Days to deliver the product.
Note: Customer can claim for refund after 5 Days for inside Dhaka orders and 7 Days for outside Dhaka Orders if they don’t receive the product.

Damage
If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we only will send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 3 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage as a condition of replacement.
While taking delivery, you will not be allowed to get any replacement without raising any valid reason. In case of replacement of product, you have to inform the matter to the concerned person while taking delivery. No payment will be refunded; only the product will be replaced.

Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration of goods passes to you on delivery in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Title
Goods ordered by you remain our property until you pay for them in full.

Product guarantees or similar
To the extent legally permitted, we exclude all conditions, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any product supplied by us, other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Any liability we may have to you implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying of the products again of the goods, at our option.

Limitation of liability
To the extent legally permitted, in no event will we be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from the supply of products via our website or the use of such products by any person, including, without limitation, any lost profits or savings, damage to or loss of property or personal injury (including death), even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on Terms and Conditions or any other legal theories. To the extent that the above exclusion of liability is unenforceable, invalid or ineffective for any reason, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions.

Advertising & sponsorship
You may notice advertising and sponsorship in our website. Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the SSG e-shop  site complies with relevant laws and codes. SSG e-shop  shall not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers harmless from and against all losses, expenses, claims, proceedings, damages and costs (including actual, special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential) of every kind and nature made by any other party due to or arising out of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, any terms and policies it incorporates by reference, the rights of another party, any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation or due to or arising out of any activity related to products supplied by us.

Excusing events
You acknowledge and agree that we are excused from performing our supply and other obligations and will not be responsible for any delays where and so long as we are prevented from performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions by events or causes beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavor to notify you of any delay and its expected duration. If we are prevented from performing our obligations for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel your order and refund your money.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us concerning its subject matter and supersede all prior communications.

Alterations
We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the altered version on our website without advance notice. You should visit the website regularly to keep up to date with any alterations. In the case of an alteration, the altered Terms and Conditions only apply to products ordered via the website after the alteration takes effect.

Currently we are running our operation all over in Bangladesh.
